Hi-Spec offices near Windsor Great Park
Recently completed, Blays House is one of three modern office buildings located near the grounds of Windsor Great Park. The building offers high specification accommodation and the £400,000 mechanical services design & build contract was awarded to Oakwood Air Conditioning.
Services installed include 11 Daikin 3-pipe heat recovery VRV systems, fresh air ventilation, basement smoke extract systems, domestic hot & cold water services and drainage.
The contract was over-seen by the London office of Clancy Consulting.
