Weybridge Relax as Oakwood install the new Spa
Located just outside the town in an attractive riverside setting, luxurious Weybridge Health Club is the end result of a sympathetic renovation and extension of a former farmhouse and its outbuildings. Incorporating swimming pool, spa, gymnasia, fitness studios and creche, all the mechanical services except the pool water treatment plant were supplied and installed by Oakwood in a £330,000 contract.
Services include pool and spa ventilation systems, general ventilation to changing rooms and fitness rooms, comfort cooling to exercise areas, gas fired heating boilers and hot water plant, under-floor heating systems, water storage, Calor Gas system, all hot and cold water services and a full function automatic control system.
The project was completed on time and to budget and as a result we were successful with our tender for the subsequent maintenance contract.
