planned & preventive maintenance
Consistently successful installations led to Oakwood being asked to provide Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts. This became such a significant part of our business we decided to form a separate division of Oakwood and dedicate it solely to service and maintenance activities.
Initially the Maintenance Division looked after air conditioning only, but this has grown over the years and we now offer full mechanical planned preventative maintenance contracts. Each contract is individually set out to suit site specific needs and no two contracts are ever the same.
Our team of nationwide engineers are all qualified in their own field to industry standards such as safe refrigerant handling and Gas Safe. Oakwood provide ongoing training for all engineers in order to meet advances in industry legislation, new technologies and industry design.
