service & emergency call out
Emergency call out is an important part of our maintenance division. Occasionally even relatively new equipment can develop faults and some applications, such as comms rooms or hotels, require immediate attention. In such circumstances the availability of a service engineer during evenings or over weekends is a necessity so Oakwood made the decision to provide a 24 hour, 7 day a week call out service.
