Health and Safety is of paramount importance to us. We operate a comprehensive health and safety system developed in conjunction with our external Health and Safety advisors, Citation plc. All health and safety procedures are actively enforced and we have a healthy ongoing dialogue with our staff over safety matters.
Our health and safety competency has been assessed and accredited by the National Britannia Group and we have been entered onto the register of SAFEcontractor approved companies. The Health and Safety Executive recently launched the new Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007 (CDM), which will provide guidance for contractor assessment. SAFEcontractor already fully satisfies the core criteria for the assessment of an extensive range of trades, including HVAC services, across many industry sectors.
We are completely familiar with the latest CDM 2007 Regulations and if required, have the necessary competency and experience to act as Principal Contractor.
